Wow! These last two weeks have flown by in a crazy whirlwind of activity. I've been doing a lot of Markets & working on a big project (I will share all details as soon as the photos are edited). Those of you who follow me on Twitter and Instagram will know all about that. I have also been getting my shop organised- getting ready for a long overdue update. At the moment the only thing really online is the postcards. Please bare with me.
My Dad has been in South Africa visiting the Grandfolks, and he got back on Sunday- so the last few days have been catchup time (both with him, and with my body. My body is TIRED).
I am very thankful for all the tweets/e-mails/comments from you readers with kind words. It really does mean a lot to me, that you enjoy and get something positive from this blog. Blogging is still something I love dearly and don't worry, I'm not going to stop!
And to all New Readers that I've met at markets recently- HELLO! And welcome!
Back to work, Love Kimxo.

It's tuesday, which means it's video day! I took a lot of dark, grainy footage from a birthday party on my friend's boat. They always play the best music when ever I'm visiting, and it's got such a cozy atmosphere. I edited the best shots together with a cute song Sam, Rowan and Josh improvised. I've got some more songs for a later date to share, but for now I wanted to share this special place with you.
See it on Youtube. Like & Subscribe for more!P.S. if you've been a follower of this blog/ my flickr for a long time, you might recognise some these faces from my Bristol days. I still consider them some of my closest friends even if we live in different cities now. :]

p.p.s. Yaara took this photo of me, and it pretty much sums up how I feel when I'm on the boat. haha. Blissed out with friends and knitting. What could be better?

Probably the thing I get the most questions about is: Art School! That's cool cause I love art school, but it is a many faceted beast that is hard to tame.
I uploaded a vlog the other day that talks about setting standards for yourself and what happens when you don't meet them.
It's OKAY guys. Try your best & you'll be fine. Love you.
p.s. Subscribe & like if you liked. :] it all helps! Thanks.

So, there was that time that I had blue/green hair and I filmed a video of me goofing around listening to music at my desk. That was in 2010. I found that video over the weekend & it was too presh not to make something with it. haha. Here it is, enjoy:
For those of you that follow me on my silly twitter account where I give my thoughts on movies/series/books (kimwatchesstuff) and on Vine you'll know that I am a complete idiot in real life. haha. Okay, maybe not- but I am pretty geeky. :] This video should not surpise you. Also, I love you all & especially those of you who aren't afraid to get a little silly! kimxo

I've got a lot of deadlines coming up next week, which I'm kind of freaking out about. I've been really ill the last few weeks. Like, never-leaving-the-house, stuck-in-bed, can't-concentrate, sleeping-pattern-all-messed-up kind of ill. It sucks big time, and it's really easy to feel isolated and demotivated when this happens. I'm really thankful for all my social network friends (that sounds lame, but seriously twitter & instagram & now Vine really cheer me up).
Part of these dealines, includes a 'development book', in which I put all the stuff I've been up to. Which means that I need to go through and actually edit all those photos of things that I diligently document and never publish (it's such a bad habit). Am I the only one that does this?
So here are some grungy edits of some Self-Striping Yarn that I created around Christmas. The colours aren't very acurate but I think they look nice as a set. Anyway, this is a little rambly now. But I just wanted to say 'hey' and that life is tough for me right now. I hope it's easier where you are. Sending hugs to everyone who is struggling & big kisses to everyone else.
Yeah- this yarn will be up in the shop once this dreaded deadline week is over.
