It's finally here! It's sort of hard to believe, but just one more sleep and I'll be setting up my booth in Brick Lane, selling at Renegade! I remember going to the venue when I was in 'high school' (they had some degree shows there) and thinking maybe, one day, wouldn't it be cool if, I could show there too. And now it's happening. And with Renegade no less!! I am so stoked. Thank you for everyone's online support. The comments and favourites on instagram and twitter have been really helpful and encouraging.
We did a quick photoshoot this afternoon of all the new product I'll be debuting (in case it all sells out!) so everyone online can have a peek!
Without further ado- here are the peeks of the products that you can buy in London tomorrow!Framed and unframed 'Swatches'. (Or, I like to call them 'mini tapestries'). All designed and handknitted. Each one is super unique and they all come with a cute little 'certificate of authenticity'. Plus, you can feel good in knowing that pretty much everything (the wool, the frames, the backing) is 'reloved' or 'salvaged'. Prices ranging from £10 to £30. (A bargain if you ask me!)
Handspun wool! All 100% English Wool and 100% made with love. All the wool has been handspun in my home and the colours and textures are inspired by 50's Soda Shops. Some of the names are: Vanilla Bean, Cookies and Cream, Root Beer... you get the idea. :] Sold by the weight. £2 for 10g.
And in super short supply: Magic Granny Square Vests. Inspired by vintage granny square patterns and (lets be honest) Hogwarts robes. These are also all hand crocheted (by me and my mum), and completely designed by me (down to the colours). The best feature about the vest is the overlarge hood that keeps pesky drafts off your neck in the winter. There are only 4 of these. £45 each. All in different colours/one of a kind.
Hopefully I see some of you there- please come and say Hi. I'm really nice, promise. [: And the rest of you will be with me in spirit. Love you and come back tomorrow for a closer look at some of the Handspun.
