love the video! that sock book looks amazing... id love to learn to knit socks - im mainly a crochet-er though and I once tried to crochet a sort of Scandinavian slipper sock, it went well until I got to the heel :/ oops

Knitting Vintage Socks is a great book. It's the only book on knitting socks I've seen so far that was actually worth buying.
